By accessing or using HexSchola, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Purpose of the Platform

HexSchola helps schools manage academic and administrative activities such as student records, attendance, communication, assessments, and finance-related tracking (where enabled).

2) Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must use accurate information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • You must notify your school administrator or our support team if you suspect unauthorized access.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities or to violate others’ rights.

  • Attempt to hack, bypass security, or access data not assigned to you.

  • Upload malware, harmful content, or abusive messages.

  • Copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform.

4) Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policies (System, Teacher/Staff, Student/Parent). Schools control most records entered into the Platform and decide who can access them.

5) Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or improve features at any time, including for security and performance reasons.

6) Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, and design belong to Hex Technology Consult Limited Company. You may not use our branding or content without permission.

7) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as available.” While we work hard to maintain accuracy and reliability, schools remain responsible for the correctness of records they enter and decisions they make based on reports.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for claims related to the Platform is limited to the amount paid by the school for the applicable period (if any).

9) Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if there is misuse, security risk, or non-payment by the school (where applicable). Users must follow school policies and Platform rules.
